TAX
Tax will be charged to residents of Maryland.
SHIPPING
If ordering without a frame, I will ship your painting security packaged and insured. This final cost will be determined prior to receiving payment of the balance. I will e-mail you the shipping cost along with the confirmation number for tracking your package. If your order includes a frame this cost will be added to your final balance.
As soon as your balance is received and clear I will ship your portrait in a secure and insured package via USPS with a tracking number. I will notify you via e-mail with this information.
